About the Spezialist MS Teams Vacancy:

You are responsible for the MS Teams communication solution and develop it into a team collaboration solution.

You ensure stable and secure IT operations for MS Teams in the cloud, taking into account regulatory and security requirements.

You integrate telephony into MS Teams and expand it across the bank.

You act as the central contact for all questions about MS Teams.

You manage the interfaces to other MS apps in the M365 environment such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune and EntraID.

You advise all departments and clarify user inquiries from the bank regarding the use of MS Teams.

You manage (partial) projects using classic and agile methods and work on office and IT infrastructure projects.

You support the team in the further development of central office infrastructure services such as Active Directory, directory management using DFS based on NetApp, Exchange, VDI, SharePoint and other M365 cloud services.

Ideal Requirements for the Spezialist MS Teams Vacancy:

You have completed an IT or IT-related degree or have IT training and several years of professional experience.

You have many years of professional experience in the environment described above and verifiable additional qualifications such as certifications.

You have experience in the environment of MS Teams, M365 (including M365 group concept), EntraID (including configuration of corresponding conditional access rules) and Azure cloud services.

You have experience in using Powershell (including Azure Modules), Microsoft Graph.API and Microsoft 365 DSC to configure and parameterize cloud services.

You have solid knowledge of office infrastructures, for example Active Directory, directory management using DFS based on NetApp, virtual desktop environments.

You can structure, record systematically, understand different business processes and working methods, and are creative, pragmatic and solution-oriented.

You have experience with managing external service providers as well as creating and reviewing complex operational documentation and answering questions as part of internal and external audits.

You have a broad technical understanding, especially in Microsoft technologies, and are open to new trends and technologies in the cloud environment.

You love dealing with people, have good soft skills and know business management according to ITIL.

Your desire to help shape change and recognize opportunities motivate you.
