Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will design and deliver high-quality, advanced AI solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Gathering business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into effective, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, in a post-sales capacity.
• Expertise in the SaaS industry and familiarity with AI preferred.
• In-depth experience working with clients to design, implement and onboard new solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration across teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers a plus.
