About the Role

As a Software Product Engineer, you will take ownership of building and optimising complex systems that integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and shape impactful products from end-to-end, driving efficiency and innovation for sales teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise real-time syncing, state transitions, and latency in AI-powered tools.
• Develop GPT-3-powered solutions to analyse call data and generate actionable insights.
• Create robust integrations with sales platforms to expand market reach.
• Utilise machine learning to model conversation patterns and predict outcomes.
• Enhance front-end performance for complex systems involving WebRTC, Twilio, and more.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, MobX
• Backend: Node.js, Express, TypeScript
• Technologies: Firebase, Firestore, Websockets, Twilio, WebRTC, Postgres, Redis
• ML: GPT, Transformers, PyTorch, signal processing
• (Experience in all technologies not required, but a strong willingness to learn is key!)

• Experience: 4–8 years as a software engineer or in a related technical role, ideally with early-stage startup experience.

• Preferred: Strong academic background ideally graduating with a Computer Science degree and familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
