About the Software Product Engineer Vacancy:

With their ambitious product vision in AI-powered realtime collaboration, you will tackle interesting technical challenges that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

There is the opportunity to work within a complex codebase, own entire product points, and build new features end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

● Concurrency & distributed systems: Manage real-time syncing and state transitions for our AI-powered smart dialer.

● Real-time audio AI: Work on algorithms and models for precision/recall/latency tradeoffs, using LLM embeddings and data labelling to improve detection systems.

● Latency optimization: Minimize detection pipeline latency for better user experience.

● Smart call funnels: Develop GPT-3-powered tools to analyze call data and create actionable strategies.

● Conversation embeddings: Use ML to model and predict conversation patterns.

● Integrations: Build robust integrations with sales engagement platforms to expand market reach.

● Frontend performance: Optimize a complex frontend experience for WebRTC, Twilio, React, and more.

Ideal Requirements for the Software Product Engineer Vacancy:

Experience:

● 4-8 years as a software engineer or in a related technical role

● 3+ years building complex systems, ideally somewhat related to our stack

● Previous experience at startups that scaled from early stages (Seed to Series A)

● A variety of technical skills with deep product scaling experience

Skills:

● Frontend: React, Typescript, MobX

● Backend: Node.js, Express, Typescript

● Technologies: Firebase, Firestore, Websockets, Twilio, WebRTC, Postgres, Redis

● ML: GPT, Transformers, PyTorch, signal processing, few-shot classification

● Academic background from a top school (e.g., Stanford, MIT, CMU)
