Salary: Up to $220,000 base salary

Location: New York, USA (Hybrid – WFH days and office)

About the Role

Our client, a leading cryptocurrency and fintech company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript) to join their team in New York. This is a high-impact role where you will work with cutting-edge technology, drive large-scale technical initiatives, and contribute to the development of clean, efficient, and scalable code in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance systems using TypeScript.
  • Drive large technical initiatives, ensuring timely execution across multiple developers.
  • Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain code quality and best practices, focusing on performance, maintainability, and security.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and improve engineering processes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five years of engineering experience in fast-paced teams that have scaled.
  • Strong focus on clean, efficient, and high-performance code.
  • Proven ability to lead large technical projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • A continuous learning mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with: TypeScript, Postgres, Prisma, and GraphQL.

  • Working model: Hybrid (WFH days and office presence required)

Salary & Benefits
