Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning) – FinTech Unicorn

A ~300 person FinTech based out of NYC are scaling up their ML org with the hire of a Senior Software Engineer to deploy foundational models into production.

The highly reputable organization have a fantastic engineering culture and are looking for an IC to work on complex technical challenges related to large scale model deployment, data streaming and MLOps.

Software Engineer Responsibilities

  • Deploying ML algorithms into production for client facing features
  • Design and build real-time systems and infrastructure to support data streaming and model deployment
  • Work in a centralized ML function building AI solutions across the entire product and engineering org

Software Engineer Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer working in data/ML intensive environments
  • Experience with Python and AWS (ideally Java/Scala/Javascript/Typescript as well)
  • University degree in relevant STEM subject
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment is highly beneficial

You’ll have an opportunity to work in a high ownership, high flexiblity environment among some of the brightest engineers in NYC.

You will receive equity and are able to work hybrid, with 2 days in the office a week.
