The Role:

As the Senior Founding Engineer / Head of Engineering, you will lead the development and scaling of AI solutions. This role is perfect for a full-stack engineer with a knack for data and a passion for building robust production systems. Responsibilities include:

• Coding alongside and managing a small team of engineers.
• Driving projects with a customer-first mindset, ensuring rapid delivery and continuous improvement.
• Embracing a hands-on approach to optimise every task and process.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 4-7 years of experience in high-growth startups.
• Proficiency in full-stack engineering and AI/model engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to scale production systems.
• Hands-on coding experience, preferably with experience managing small teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude focused on speed and efficiency.
