About the RAD Developer Vacancy

In this role, you will collaborate closely with traders to meet their RAD tool requirements. You will support a variety of needs, including:

  • Developing risk reports based on core system data.
  • Building and maintaining trading workflow systems, risk tools, and scenario tools.
  • Developing tools both bespoke to pods and general to trading desks.

You will work within the Front Office, alongside Quant Researchers and the Risk and Data Technology teams. This role requires hands-on experience with Excel front ends, which interact with C# libraries, MongoDB, and SQL Server databases.

Ideal Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the Finance and Technology sectors, ideally in Front Office development.
  • Proficiency in C#, Excel, VBA, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Instruments (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives).
  • Knowledge of Python is advantageous, along with broader financial expertise (e.g., FX, Commodities, Equity).
