About the Role:

As a Product Security Engineer, you’ll lead efforts to secure cutting-edge medical devices from research and development through to market launch. You’ll have the autonomy to design security frameworks, select tools, and implement best practices to safeguard products at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor cybersecurity threats and assess risks to products.
  • Conduct and document vulnerability assessments, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to resolve security and network vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and automate test procedures for OS patches and antivirus solutions.
  • Train sales and service teams on network security and virus protection.
  • Work closely with software engineers to implement effective security measures.
  • Ensure networked products meet customer expectations in collaboration with engineering and field service teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity risk assessments and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Passionate about advancing security in healthcare technologies.
