About the Role

As the Product Design Lead you will own the design culture, drive roadmaps, and set the standard for great design in Web3. You’ll design developer experiences and create embedded end-user experiences, working across tools like the Dashboard, Connect SDK, and Nebula.Key

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to craft seamless and intuitive user experiences while setting new standards for design excellence in the Web3 space.

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, ensuring solutions align with both user needs and business objectives.

• Identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for product improvement, proactively driving enhancements.

• Work strategically with Product and Engineering teams to shape product direction, influence key decisions, and prioritize the roadmap.

• Conduct user research and testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements.

• Facilitate and lead design reviews, ensuring high-quality execution across your product areas.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in product design, ideally with some exposure to a dev-to-dev tool.

• Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams to drive successful outcomes.

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain, crypto, or Web3 development.

• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
