About the Role

As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, ensuring seamless and visually compelling experiences across onboarding, payments, ecosystem, and data pods. You will be responsible for defining the design vision, establishing best practices, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes and scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and implement the end-to-end design process to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system that aligns with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align design initiatives with business objectives.

User Experience & Research

  • Conduct user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product development.

Visual & Interaction Design

  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and UI components to bring concepts to life.
  • Ensure visual aesthetics and usability are upheld across all platforms.
  • Experiment with new design trends and technologies to foster innovation.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to integrate feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional design reviews and mentor junior designers.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and manage expectations.

Key Focus Areas

  • Onboarding: Work with product managers, tech leads, and engineers to enhance user journeys.
  • Payments: Design financial transaction ecosystems for seamless experiences.
  • Product Ecosystem: Focus on scalability and user experience across platforms.
  • Data Integration: Enhance decision-making through data-driven design.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product and interaction design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring designers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in an Agile environment with evolving priorities.
  • Fintech experience is a plus but not mandatory.
