About the Role

A global automotive client is seeking an experienced Incident Management Architect/Designer. In this critical role, you will enhance incident management processes (specifically with ServiceNow), drive automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, traceability, and communication channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and automate incident management processes for greater efficiency and traceability
  • Streamline communication channels across diverse stakeholders and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 20000, SPICE, and TISAX
  • Provide guidance on configuration and change management
  • Advise on operational improvements and validate solutions

 

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Incident Management (ServiceNow, automation)
  • Strong understanding of industry standards (ISO 20000, SPICE, TISAX)
  • Experience in configuration and change management
  • Ability to collaborate across various teams and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
