About the Role

A leading Financial Services firm is looking for an ETL Developer (PySpark) to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong ETL experience, advanced SQL skills, and a solid background in Python and PySpark for data processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using PySpark
  • Work with large-scale data processing in a financial environment
  • Utilize Python database libraries for efficient data handling
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data workflows

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ETL development using PySpark
  • 5+ years of Python experience, including working with Python database libraries
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data transformations
  • Strong background in data engineering and financial services is a plus
