Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience with JVM technologies, multi-threading, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure), focusing on low-latency programming techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the FX market, including trading norms, venues, and systems.
• Strong leadership experience in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Passion for delivering world-class software and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
