About the Role

A leading wealth management and real estate firm is seeking a Data Management/Administrator to join their risk, operations, and compliance team. This role requires strong data management skills, excellent communication, and a highly organized approach to support key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data records with high levels of accuracy and diligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth data operations
  • Analyze, organize, and report on key data to support decision-making processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company data policies
  • Identify process improvements to enhance data efficiency and integrity

Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
