We are seeking a driven Agile Delivery Manager at Analyst level to help shape the future of payments by embedding agility, driving delivery excellence, and supporting engineering teams to build at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate workshops to refine high-quality functional and non-functional requirements

• Support the definition of epics, user stories, and delivery backlogs

• Remove delivery blockers and ensure teams meet commitments

• Lead agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement

• Manage stakeholder communications and cross-team coordination

• Champion agile and lean practices across the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager

• Familiarity with agile frameworks and their practical application

• Proven track record of unblocking teams and managing delivery pipelines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience within fintech, payments, or trading is highly desirable
