I am collaborating with a reputable global broking business seeking to hire a Technical Delivery Manager for their Technology team. This role involves providing technical support for French-based systems and configuring global systems to support French business operations.

As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage the delivery of new business initiatives and the ongoing management of the technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Delivery Centre Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of technical deliveries within the team, budgeting processes, and coordination with the Service Manager for support.

This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to interface with both business and client stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for the technical delivery of their primary applications, ATP (Subscriptions) and GISS (Claims) as well as the development of their country extranet portals and mechanical breakdown platform (WinDev).
• Delivery management of implementation planning, performance test coordination
• Supporting the gateway into the engineering team, post-release reviews, and application monitoring reporting.
• Technical release management and governance inputs.
• Working in a DevOps culture, the Delivery Manager supports the configuration and development function through effective prioritisation of work and ensures quality by managing governance and checks for releases to production.
• You will work closely with our Global Product Teams in the UK, India & Spain

Essential Experience:

• Ability to interpret business conversations and translate them into technical requirements
• Be able to work autonomously and work under pressure to tight timelines
• Organised and methodical with excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong Communication skills in both French and English
• Varied SDLC experience including Agile Scrum/Kanban

This role can be based in Paris, Bordeaux and or Ormes and will be working on a hybrid model.
