An elite, multi-award-winning systematic trading firm in London is seeking a Trade Floor Support Engineer for a 6-month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive desktop and trade floor support within the financial services industry.
  • Use strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 10 OS to manage system operations.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Market Data Applications, with a preference for Bloomberg experience.
  • Efficiently resolve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Leverage SCCM experience to improve system management and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in desktop and trade floor support within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows 10.
  • Experience with Market Data Applications, particularly Bloomberg, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
  • SCCM experience is a strong advantage.
