About the Company:

Are you a talented Product Lead with expertise in cards or FinTech? A leading embedded payments provider in the UK and Europe is seeking a Product Lead to oversee their card products and lead a high-performing team in a fast-growing environment. This innovative company enables businesses to streamline payments through advanced API integrations and seamless card products.

About the Role:

As Product Lead for Cards, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the card issuing portfolio. You will lead a small team, drive product development, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with card scheme rules. Your focus will be on using data to optimise product performance and align development with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on card products and card schemes.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location: London, Edinburgh, or Amsterdam (Hybrid).

Compensation: £100,000–£140,000 + share + bonus + benefits.
