About the Python Development Tools Specialist/Lead Support Analyst Vacancy

The main responsibility of this role is to manage development tools (mainly around Python) used by the company. You will need to understand the security, configuration, and deployment of these tools. Working with internal stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure users have the necessary tools, configured to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of tooling for internal users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure packaging and deployments are managed effectively, ensuring all users are on a supported version of the development tools.
• Work with users to upgrade or migrate to supported versions.
• Ensure resolution of incidents, adhering to SLAs.
• Implement and coordinate standards, procedures, and processes.
• Act as a process champion for Bizagi.

Ideal Requirements

• Experienced developer in a setting requiring excellent stakeholder management skills in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of how to develop, manage, configure, and deploy development tools.
• Experience in Python-related development.
• Experience working in environments involving MatLab and R Studio would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with the development lifecycle.
