We have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our Data practice.

Orbis is growing, and we’re looking for people to jump on board. This role will be on a hybrid basis, based in London, with the opportunity to establish yourself as the go-to senior technology product recruiter within your space.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Working in a collaborative, fast paced team of high performing recruitment specialists
• Utilising a wide range of sourcing techniques to target and engage with top talent in product management, ownership and design
• Balancing responsibilities across delivery, account management and some marketing
• Building out a strong personal brand and embedding yourself in the product community
• Developing, fostering and managing a portfolio of client relationships
• Acting as a leader within the team, focusing on best practice and supporting more junior members as required
• Working closely with the Data team, the wider sales team, and our fantastic marketing and business support teams

IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

We are open to profiles with demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally, within Data or a related technical field, someone with a strong set of values, focusing on integrity, accountability and collaboration.

This role requires a socially driven person with an all-in approach, a dedication to our brand, amazing attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ mindset.
