Our dynamic Global Client Solutions team, made up of seasoned client engagement leads and industry professionals, thrives on exceeding expectations, fostering accountability, and cultivating long-lasting partnerships that transcend immediate recruitment needs.
Core Areas of Responsibility
New Business Development:
- Target high-value clients across industries and geographies, focusing on multi-desk, multi-brand, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify key target clients for our portfolio.
Upskilling:
- Empower the team with your expertise, providing the tools for successful business development across the Group.
- Contribute to the development of the next generation of top performers through learning and development initiatives.
Solution Building:
- Collaborate with market specialists and marketing peers to bring together CxOs to share best practices, solve industry challenges, and foster cross-functional forums.
- Identify bespoke solutions that address organisational challenges, creating opportunities beyond talent sourcing.
Who We’re Looking For
- A proven “hunter” or “rainmaker” with a track record in creating sales opportunities, focusing on consulting, projects, or resource augmentation.
- Experience winning and nurturing relationships at the CIO/CTO/COO level.
- Strong exposure to project delivery, with an understanding of a range of project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to conceptualise, pitch, and oversee the delivery of outcome-based consultancy work.
- Deep understanding of technology change processes.
- Industry-agnostic experience is welcome; Financial Services experience is a plus for maximising cross-sell opportunities.
- Project management or change management experience is beneficial, though this role focuses on sales rather than hands-on delivery.
- Commercially savvy with a solution-focused mindset.
