Job Title: Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Location: United States (Remote) – Ideal locations: Northern Virginia, Bay Area CA, Austin TX, or Los Angeles CA

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base + Double OTE (uncapped) + Equity & Benefits

Total Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000+ including equity and other benefits

About the Company

An enterprise AI platform backed by over $100M in funding is seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP of Enterprise Sales. This organisation is transforming AI/ML workflows for Fortune 500 businesses through its patented AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) offering—designed to enhance accuracy, streamline operations, and provide explainable AI at scale.

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for scaling revenue, refining go-to-market strategies, and driving market penetration across key verticals. Reporting to the CRO and President, you will work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and lasting customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute GTM strategies, focusing on vertical penetration and scalable growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive strategic sales initiatives, maximise expansion within enterprise accounts, and improve retention.
  • Team Building: Hire and develop high-performing sales teams and technical sales engineers.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of AI trends, contributing to competitive positioning and thought leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company at key industry events and act as a strategic voice in client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in AI-related technologies
  • Proven success carrying quota and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN
  • Strategic mindset with experience in GTM execution, channel sales, and enterprise account growth
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong C-suite network and presence in one or more of the key target locations is a plus
