About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as a Transitions Manager, focusing on Defined Benefit (DB) pensions. This is a client-facing role that sits at the heart of project delivery, helping to support and manage change within a leading pensions business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the transition of pension schemes, with a focus on DB
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Work across cross-functional teams to support project delivery and change implementation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition processes for new business and scheme changes
  • Deliver exceptional client service during key transition phases

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid pensions knowledge, ideally with strong experience in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes
  • Proven experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • A personable and collaborative approach—team fit is key
  • Project/change management exposure or experience in a transitions-related role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
