Job Title: Staff Software Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – in-office days required)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base + equity + full relocation support

Overview:

An opportunity to join a high-impact, product-driven engineering team focused on building and deploying real-world generative AI applications from the ground up. This role is for hands-on builders who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about solving complex, technical challenges where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and ship AI-powered products from concept to deployment
  • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define product needs
  • Rapidly prototype using new tools and frameworks within the generative AI ecosystem
  • Architect and implement scalable systems suitable for production environments

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in senior or technical leadership roles
  • Proven experience taking multiple products from idea to launch (0→1)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with full-stack capabilities
  • Tech-agnostic approach; Python experience is a plus
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML and deploying models in production is highly desirable
