Software Engineer – AI HealthTech

An health-tech start-up who are reinventing how hospitals manage their teams using a platform that brings flexibility, intelligence, and humanity to workforce management.

Backed by a fresh $10M Series A, they’re growing fast and looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the core team.

You’ll build tools that directly impact daily lives – designing and shipping features, refining scheduling algorithms, and working cross-functionally to solve complex, real-world problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
  • Apply AI/ML to improve scheduling intelligence and surface actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product, ops, and customer teams to shape solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
  • Contribute to architectural decisions as we scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-stack experience across modern Javascript web technologies
  • BSc degree in CompSci or similar
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
  • A builder’s mindset—you like turning ideas into software
  • Strong communication skills and a product-focused approach
  • Bonus: experience with AI/ML or healthcare tools
