My client is known for assembling some of the strongest engineering talent in the market, the kind trusted to solve problems other teams can’t. I’m partnering with them to hire multiple Staff Software Engineer to help design and deliver bespoke AI-powered solutions for organisations tackling complex, high-impact challenges. They’re brought in when internal teams are stuck, when speed matters, and when the problem isn’t clearly defined yet.

What might you work on?
- automating workflows using AI and intelligent agents

- The team works in client environments, so adaptability matters. The focus is solving the problem — not pushing a specific stack.
What they’re looking for?
- Exceptional hands-on engineering ability and pride in clean, production-ready code
- Full-stack mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfort working in ambiguity and solving unfamiliar problems
- Ownership, initiative, and strong problem-solving instincts
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
The environment is tech agnostic, so strong engineers comfortable working across different stacks are ideal, with experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or React particularly valuable. AI product experience isn’t required, but you should have a point of view on how AI is changing software engineering and be curious enough to explore new tools and workflows.
