Staff (or Senior) Product Engineer – Enterprise – up to ~$320,000 base plus extremely strong equity (with real liquidity history)

📍 NYC or San Francisco

I’m working with a high-growth, product-led software company that’s building a platform used by modern teams to find, research, and engage the right customers.

The company has crossed $100M in revenue, raised a $100M Series C, and is now at the point where the product is being used deeply by larger, more complex customers. As a result, they’re investing heavily in more enterprise-grade product capabilities (and that’s where this role comes in).

The role:

This is a staff-level, hands-on product engineering role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys working on complex product problems.

The focus is on building out enterprise features such as:

  • access control and permissions
  • user and account management
  • enterprise workflows and configuration

This is not a security role. The work is about designing and implementing scalable, well-thought-through product functionality that enterprise customers rely on every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and building full-stack product features end to end
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-focused capabilities (roles, permissions, user models, etc.)
  • Working closely with product and design from early discovery through to launch
  • Helping shape architecture and technical direction as the product scales
  • Acting as a senior technical leader — influencing decisions, unblocking others, and raising the bar without people management

What they’re looking for

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience
  • Background building enterprise-grade SaaS features
  • Experience working on access control, permissions, user models, or similarly complex product areas
  • Comfortable operating at Staff level — high ownership, sound judgment, and technical leadership
  • Product-minded, with an eye for usability and long-term maintainability

The stack includes React, TypeScript, Python/Node, AWS, and modern cloud tooling, but they care more about how you approach problems than ticking boxes.
