Join a fast-moving start-up using agentic AI to help clinicians spend less time on admin and more time with patients. With $20M+ raised in Series A funding this year, they’re scaling thoughtfully and hiring a senior engineer to help shape the future of their platform.

You’ll work directly with the co-founders and play a hands-on role in designing, building, and scaling AI-first systems used in real-world healthcare environments. Expect to build core features, ship fast, and collaborate across product and engineering as the team grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and implement agentic AI systems in production
  • Build new systems from scratch and level up existing infrastructure
  • Lead engineering efforts, mentor others, and create well-documented APIs
  • Work closely with founders to define technical strategy and execution
  • Ensure security and scalability across cloud infrastructure

You Might Be a Fit If You Have…

  • Strong experience building production-grade agentic AI systems
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and frameworks for agent orchestration
  • Expertise in React and Python (bonus: Node.js/Express)
  • Solid understanding of LLMOps, evaluations, and applied GenAI
  • A background in startups and distributed, remote teams
