A fast-growing HealthTech start-up is transforming hospital workforce management with a smart, flexible platform already live in over 30 hospitals. Backed by a recent $10M Series A raise, they are now looking for a Software Engineer to join their core product team.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI and healthcare, helping build tools that directly improve how hospital teams are staffed—making care more responsive, efficient, and human.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL

• Work with AI/ML models to refine scheduling algorithms and extract actionable insights

• Partner with product, ops, and customer success teams to solve real-world challenges

• Write clean, testable, maintainable code

• Influence architectural decisions as the platform scales

Who You Are:

• 3+ years’ experience as a full-stack engineer working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks

• Degree in Computer Science or similar

• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)

• Hands-on, product-focused mindset—you enjoy building things that matter

• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments

• Bonus points for experience with AI/ML or healthcare platforms
