I’m working with a fast-growing AI company building a platform that helps businesses understand and control how they show up across AI systems.

They’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help scale the backbone of the platform — the systems that support heavy compute workloads, large-scale data processing, and rapidly growing traffic.

This is very much a builder environment. Small team, high ownership, and a lot of interesting infrastructure problems to solve.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and scaling AWS infrastructure
• Building IaC workflows with Terraform
• Improving monitoring, logging, and observability
• Managing CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Solving performance bottlenecks across compute, storage, and networking
• Partnering closely with product + research teams on scalable architecture

Tech

AWS • Terraform • Docker • Kubernetes • Python • Rust

They’re looking for someone who

• Has strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS ideally)
• Has worked with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Is comfortable with containers and Kubernetes
• Understands distributed systems and production reliability
• Can write code (Python ideally — Rust is a bonus)

Important: this role is 5 days onsite in NYC or SF, so it suits engineers who enjoy working closely with the team in person.

Salary range $140k–$260k + equity, depending on experience.
