A fast-growing gaming platform is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale their core betting platform. This is a high-impact role focused on PHP / Laravel, powering the systems that support millions of users across multiple products.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale a Laravel-based platform powering core business logic
• Write clean, reliable backend systems used by real customers
• Contribute to internal tools in Python
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features
• Improve deployments, infrastructure, and engineering processes
• Work in a remote team with other experienced backend engineers

Tech

PHP • Laravel • Python • SQL

Bonus: AWS • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CD

Who you are

• Strong PHP skills with deep Laravel experience
• Solid understanding of databases and system design
• Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team
• Takes ownership and delivers high-quality, maintainable code

Nice to have: DevOps experience, async systems, JVM languages.
