Senior / Staff Software Engineer – AI Product (US)

We’re hiring Senior and Staff-level engineers for a fast-scaling, AI-first product company building the future of go-to-market automation.

This is not a feature factory.

This is core product engineering on an AI-native platform with real users, real revenue, and serious momentum.

The work:

You’ll operate as a high-impact IC, owning problems end-to-end across AI-driven workflows, data systems, and core product architecture.

Expect to:

• Design and build production systems used daily by customers
• Lead technical direction within your domain
• Work close to product and leadership on what gets built and why
• Ship quickly, iterate often, and raise the engineering bar

No legacy systems. No layers of management. High trust, high ownership.

Startup or scale-up experience is a plus, but not required.
