A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Sanctions Manager to join their compliance function in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role and an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take on a strategic role within a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in sanctions and broader compliance matters, with the ability to lead and support initiatives in a second line of defence role.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant sanctions experience, with deep knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks

  • Broad compliance expertise, ideally across financial services or a similarly regulated environment

  • Strong understanding of US regulatory requirements

  • Experience operating in a second line of defence function

  • Proven management experience and ability to lead a team effectively

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
