Senior Product Designer – Crypto Accounting

The Orbis Product Management Recruitment Team is currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to join a Series A crypto accounting company.

The company offers a B2B SaaS crypto accounting platform that simplifies the complex digital asset landscape for financial institutions, corporates, and crypto-native businesses. With a strong focus on institutional adoption, they’re growing rapidly and aim to scale significantly by their Series B in mid-2025.

Now with a team of approximately 50, mainly in Europe with some in the US, the company is continuing its upward trajectory. The product team includes three Product Managers, and the CPO, who has been advising the business, will join permanently by Q4 2024. In line with their expansion plans, they’re also hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead and build out their design function.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has the leadership skills to shape the design strategy from the ground up. You’ll be supporting multiple product squads (currently three, soon expanding to four) and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers. As the design function evolves, there’s potential for this role to develop into a people management position.

The focus of this position will be on UX more than UI, with an emphasis on process design, onboarding experiences, and driving innovation across API, Big Data, Blockchain, and AI. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to push Product Managers rather than wait for direction and experienced in B2B SaaS and fintech environments.

Location: London or Paris – hybrid working (a few days per month)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + equity + benefits.
