Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + equity

They’re now hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Client Insights team. This is a high-impact role that will see you own customer-facing models—from fraud detection to behavioural analytics—embedded directly into product features.
The Role
You’ll work cross-functionally to build, deploy, and maintain ML models that enhance fraud intelligence and client decisioning. Your work will inform product strategy, strengthen risk frameworks, and improve performance through measurable, real-time insights.
Key Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and monitor ML models for fraud detection and customer analytics
Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to integrate ML into the core platform
Develop retraining strategies and maintain robust monitoring pipelines
Contribute to analytics-led decision-making for roadmap and feature development
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years’ experience in data science, ML engineering, or advanced analytics
Strong Python and SQL skills; SageMaker experience preferred
Proficient in supervised and unsupervised learning (classification, clustering, forecasting)
Product-focused and collaborative—able to work closely with cross-functional teams
Bonus Points For
Experience in fraud risk or financial services
Familiarity with Airflow, Spark, dbt, Git, or Hex
Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
