Location: London (On-Site 4 days per week)

Join a world-class trading and technology environment as a Senior Java Developer, working on a greenfield, high-performance Trade Capture & PnL platform. You’ll be part of a small, elite team delivering mission-critical systems across all asset classes.

Tech Stack & Focus

• Java 17, Spring Boot 3
• Kafka for real-time streaming
• Vertica & MSSQL databases
• Kubernetes (on-prem orchestration)
• Modern microservices architecture
• Agile delivery with ownership and autonomy

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to a platform migrating trade capture, lifecycle and PnL from legacy tech
• Build out complex lifecycle management and PnL aggregation logic
• Work across asset classes, learning the nuances of financial products
• Be involved in design, delivery, and support—your voice will matter from day one
• Participate in a team that values autonomy, delivery, and fast decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Java in production environments
• Background in Kafka, microservices, and container orchestration
• Knowledge of financial markets, ideally cross-asset
• A self-starter mindset—you identify what’s needed and make it happen
• Comfortable working in a fluid, collaborative and fast-paced environment
