Senior Software Engineer (Product-Focused, Full Stack)

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

We’re working with a fast-growing infrastructure company building security-first products that sit directly on the critical path of customer transactions. Their platform enables businesses to handle sensitive data in a fundamentally different way, combining modern cloud infrastructure with advanced encryption approaches.

They’re now hiring product-focused engineers to help shape and build the next generation of their core products.

The Role:

This is a product engineering role where you’ll go beyond simply delivering tickets.

You’ll work across the stack on customer-facing products, contributing to both backend systems and user experience, while helping define what should be built and why.

You’ll be:

• Building and shipping features across backend and frontend systems
• Working closely with product and design to shape user experience
• Identifying gaps, friction and opportunities in the product
• Contributing to systems that power high-impact, real-time transaction flows

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (any modern language) but happy to work in Rust.
• Experience working across the stack, or openness to it
• A product mindset – you think about why something should be built, not just how
• Ability to work with autonomy and make sound technical decisions
• Comfortable working on systems where reliability and correctness matter

Tech Environment

• Backend and full stack development (Rust and TypeScript are commonly used)
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare)
• Distributed systems operating in real-time environments

Experience in these specific technologies isn’t required – learning ability and engineering depth are more important.
