Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (ML)

Location: USA (Remote only)

Salary: $220,000 – $235,000 + Significant equity

About the Role:

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable, and lightning-fast infrastructure for cutting-edge AI applications? We’re looking for a seasoned DevOps/MLOps Engineer to help power the future of personalized shopping through generative AI.

In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with both software and AI/ML engineering teams to architect robust cloud systems, streamline CI/CD workflows, and operationalize machine learning models that touch millions of users. This is your chance to own infrastructure at the core of a fast-moving startup that’s redefining how people shop online.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) that’s scalable, secure, and cost-effective
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that help our team ship faster, safer, and smarter
  • Operationalize ML workflows — from model deployment to monitoring and versioning
  • Set up best practices for observability, security, and incident response

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience (bonus: production ML systems)
  • Deep expertise with CI/CD tooling and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Proven ability to build developer-friendly systems and speed up delivery cycles
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and securing distributed systems
  • A software engineering mindset with an eye for automation and reliability

Why Join?

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Join a VC-backed team with serious ambition and high-profile investors
  • Top-tier health, dental, and vision coverage — plus mental health support
  • High equity, high impact, and a fast-moving, mission-driven culture
