A fast-scaling fintech with global reach is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager – Sanctions to lead strategy, investigations, and risk mitigation across its sanctions program. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership over critical regulatory and operational processes—and influence that spans compliance, risk, and audit functions.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead high-priority sanctions investigations and build out scalable, front-line controls

  • Drive strategic improvements across sanctions systems, QA, and team capability

  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and audit teams on regulatory readiness

  • Act as SME on OFAC and global sanctions in enterprise-level initiatives

  • Shape policies and processes that reduce risk without blocking innovation

What You Bring

  • 3+ years focused on US sanctions, with expert-level OFAC knowledge

  • Proven experience managing risk and investigations in regulated environments

  • Experience leading second-line or first-line compliance teams

  • Comfortable owning complex casework and driving cross-functional strategy

  • Bonus: CGSS certification, fintech/payments background, or international exposure
