Senior C++ Developer

Senior C++ Developer – Eindhoven (Hybrid) – Freelance: 6 month contract + extensions/option to go perm

Orbis have been retained by a global cybersecurity business in Eindhoven who require a Senior C++ Developer to join them on a freelance basis.

This is an initial 6-month extendable freelance opportunity (with strong likelihood of extension and/or the opportunity to go permanent). You will join their Sensor Technologies squad and will be responsible for implementing new and improved capabilities within the clients’ products to better classify network assets, to detect operational anomalies and potential security threats.

• Minimum 4 years of C++ experience
• Good proficiency with Python
• Proven knowledge of TCP/IP and Networking concepts
• Affinity with performance-critical code

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of Java
• Docker experience/knowledge
• Knowledge of Lua scripting language
• Systems security background or knowledge

Rates are negotiable depending upon experience.

You would be required to be onsite twice/week in Eindhoven.
