Senior C# Developer

A well-established global investment firm is looking for a Senior C#/.NET Developer to support the development and enhancement of a range of internal platforms used across several business functions.

Working as part of a collaborative technology team, you will help design and build applications that support key operational areas of the business. The work involves developing reliable backend services, improving existing systems, and building integrations between internal tools and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend applications using C# and .NET
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal and external systems
• Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to improving existing systems and addressing technical challenges
• Ensure applications are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices
• Produce documentation around development and integration processes

Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET development
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modelling
• Experience building REST APIs and system integrations
• Comfortable working in collaborative environments across both technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on enterprise or internal business systems
• Exposure to integrations with HR, finance, or operational platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with Python or data-focused tooling
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML or OAuth
• Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
