Backend Developer – Golang/Python/Java – Fintech / Tech-First Organisations – Inside IR35

Our award-winning fintech client is looking for a Backend Developer with proven expertise in Golang, Python, or Java. The role focuses on building large-scale, highly scalable backend systems in a tech-first environment. The candidate should be comfortable operating primarily in a Golang environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Golang/Python/Java: Proven experience in one or more backend languages, happy to work in a Golang-first environment
  • Tech-first business experience: Background in developing and scaling large systems in fintech or technology-driven organisations
  • Backend development: Building, maintaining, and optimising backend services and APIs
  • Collaboration: Working closely with teams to design and implement efficient solutions

Rate: DoE, Inside IR35

Location: Fully Remote (UK based)

Duration: 6 months rolling (multi-year engagement)
