We’re working with a high-growth fintech platform that is redefining how banks and credit unions manage and access liquidity. After scaling from 30 to 700+ institutional clients in a short period, they’re now building out a team to drive activation and growth across their network.

This is not a customer success role. It’s a post-sale, account manager / revenue-owning position focused on onboarding institutions, driving usage, and expanding spend across your portfolio.

You’ll work directly with leadership, own a meaningful book of business, and play a critical role in scaling a platform operating at the core of the financial system.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end activation of banks and credit unions onto the platform
  • Drive deposit flow and platform usage across your portfolio
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning product usage with their growth goals
  • Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Manage a large book of accounts, prioritising for maximum commercial impact
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across product, sales, and marketing
  • Surface client insights to influence product direction

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in account management, client partnerships, or revenue-focused post-sale roles
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong preference for backgrounds in; Financial services / fintech
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and prioritise across multiple clients
  • High level of commercial instinct, urgency, and ownership
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • Trusted operator in front of senior client stakeholders
