QA Engineer – Eindhoven (Hybrid) – 6 month extendable contract

Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Eindhoven (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable, with potential to go permanent)

Day Rate: Open (Dependent on experience)

 

Overview:

A global cybersecurity organisation based in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid position with a strong likelihood of extension and potential for a permanent role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support quality assurance across complex networked systems
  • Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure product reliability
  • Conduct testing and validation of systems in both cloud and on-prem environments
  • Assist in improving automated testing frameworks

 

Experience Required:

  • Solid understanding of networking elements and protocols (e.g., switches, routers, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP)
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Proficient in either Java or Python
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Experience with on-premises infrastructure
