🌟 Product Manager – Trading (Digital Assets Exchange)

🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a global, institutionally focused digital asset platform to support the growth of their Exchange Product team. The business operates a regulated exchange alongside market data and media capabilities, serving institutional clients across global markets.

This role sits within the core trading product team, focused on building advanced exchange infrastructure.

📈 We are hiring a Product Manager (Trading) to work on complex areas of the platform including derivatives, risk, and margining. You’ll partner closely with quantitative and engineering teams to design and deliver high-performance trading systems.

Key areas of ownership include:

• Trading, pricing, and risk systems (including margining)
• Prototyping and validating new product ideas
• Writing detailed specs and taking features into production
• Improving capital efficiency for institutional clients

🔎 This is a highly technical product role, focused on real-time trading systems rather than consumer products. You’ll be working on complex problems in derivatives, market structure, and risk.

👤 We are looking for either:

• A Product Manager with strong technical depth and experience in trading or exchange environments
• A quant, trader, or engineer with trading experience looking to move into product management

Requirements:

• Experience in trading systems, ideally derivatives, options, futures, or margining
• Strong understanding of risk, market structure, or real-time trading environments
• Technical capability (Python, SQL, or similar) to test ideas and work with data
• Ability to work closely with engineers and translate complex concepts into product requirements

📍 London-based, 4–5 days per week in the office
