🌟 Product Manager – Global Payments FinTech (London, Hybrid)

🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a global payments FinTech to help expand their established product team. While the wider organisation is a large corporate, this role sits within a highly successful FinTech unicorn that was acquired several years ago and has retained its fast-paced product-led culture.

📈 Three Product Manager roles are available across different product tribes, typically reporting into a Product Director or Group Product Manager. Each role offers meaningful ownership in a high-scale, API-first payments platform operating globally across multi-currency money movement.

The three opportunities include:

• Product Manager (FX): Owning part of the FX platform, working on backend-heavy capabilities across pricing, liquidity, treasury flows, and integrations with banking partners.
• Technical Product Manager (Edge): Owning customer-facing platform services including API gateways, authentication, identity, and security access layers.
• Product Manager (Notifications): Owning the notifications platform (email and webhooks/push APIs), leading a major modernisation programme focused on reliability, observability, and a shift towards self-service tooling for internal teams.

🔎 Product Managers in this organisation operate end-to-end across strategy, discovery, delivery, and adoption, working in cross-functional squads. Delivery follows a collaborative “3 Amigos” model (Product, Engineering, Delivery), with strong ownership and stakeholder management expected across engineering, compliance, and business teams.

This is a highly regulated environment with significant scale, meaning the right candidates will be comfortable operating in complexity and balancing innovation with platform stability.

📍 London-based hybrid role, with three days per week in the office. Includes a flexible work-from-anywhere policy (four weeks per year).

💰 Up to £80,000 base salary, plus strong bonus, generous pension, and full corporate benefits.
