About the Role

As a Product Manager, your expertise in payment technologies and financial crime platforms will be pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing security. You will oversee the product roadmap, manage technical documentation, and optimise features for payment processing and regulatory controls, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and GDPR standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive feature delivery and ensure smooth agile development streams.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deconstruct business requirements and manage resource allocation.
  • Maintain oversight of technical designs to align with acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Project and Business Analysts to support daily sprint activities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlog based on business needs.
  • Oversee execution of the product roadmap, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and provide regular status reports and KPI reviews.
  • Assist in documentation and customer enablement efforts.
  • Conduct vendor assessments as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Systems Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in product management within the financial services sector, with a focus on payment processing and data analytics.
  • Proven experience managing products requiring regulatory compliance and data-driven insights.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing technologies, including mobile payments and online platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, predictive modelling, and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and financial software.
  • In-depth understanding of financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR.
  • Proven track record managing complex product lifecycles from conception to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CAMS or similar certification preferred.
