Product Lead – Credit Lending | FinTech | London | Hybrid

Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: London (Hybrid – office & remote working)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Lead for a rapidly growing FinTech company that provides innovative payment solutions to SMEs across Europe. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the credit lending strategy, focusing on Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) and microloans. As the lead, you’ll drive product innovation, performance optimisation, and work cross-functionally with risk, compliance, engineering, and marketing to ensure strong execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the credit lending strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Focus on Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs) and microloans, balancing partnership-driven lending with potential in-house solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful product delivery and optimisation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as approval rates, repayment success, and customer retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in lending/credit products, ideally in the SME or FinTech space.
  • Proven leadership skills in product management with experience driving execution and innovation.
  • Ability to balance partnership-driven lending with in-house solutions.

  • Location: London.
  • Setup: Hybrid (office and remote working).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 + bonus + benefits.
