This very young company who were founded just over a year ago have taken big strides in their space already!
With their ambitious product vision in AI and ML, you will tackle interesting technical challenges that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
There is the opportunity to work within a complex codebase, own entire product points, and build new features end-to-end.
They work on building GenAI software to help accelerate organisations.

About the Product Analytics Engineer (AI/LLM’s) Vacancy:
You will have the opportunity to construct and lead the product analytics foundation as the main Analytics Engineer.
You will define success metrics, map the user journey, and uncover insights that shape how they build and improve the product.
Your work will help the entire company understand what drives engagement, where users drop off, and how we can make the platform more valuable to their
customers.
What You Will Do:
• Construct and iterate dashboards to track product usage, funnels, retention, activation, user journey paths, and feature adoption
• Define and iterate core product metrics and ensure they’re modelled cleanly and reliably
• Analyze user journeys to identify friction, improve activation, and drive growth
• Respond to one-off customer analysis requests by delivering custom solutions and insights
• Conduct customer-level and segment analyses to support sales, marketing, and customer success
• Collaborate with developers to instrument events, sustain data ingestion pipelines, and ensure high data quality
Ideal Requirements for the Product Analytics Engineer (AI/LLM’s) Vacancy:
• Fluency in SQL and experience with Python
• Experience working on product analytics including funnels, retention, user journeys, and activation
• Demonstrable data modelling experience and a smooth approach to defining metrics
• Experience at a B2B SaaS or product-focused company
• Several years in analytics, data, or product roles focused on user behaviour and product usage
• Strong product sense and ability to turn data into clear insights for product and go to market teams
• A sense of ownership and accountability for data quality and reliability
Further Information:
• Ideal: Product data scientist background, hands-on with pipelines/dashboards, analytics exp (not new grad), strategic mindset
• Person will have complete ownership of the entire product analytics function at an early stage company; key role in shaping how we measure usage and make product decisions
Fluency in SQL and experience with Python
Experience working on product analytics including funnels, retention, user journeys, and activation
Strong data modelling skills and a clean approach to defining metrics
2+ years in analytics, data, or product roles focused on user behaviour and product usage
Strong product sense and ability to turn data into clear insights for product and go to market teams
